- Is AVTDB free?
- Yes — the app and its manual workflows are free. You only pay for AI credits (which power Avie and the document, receipt, and image features) and optional storage expansions. There are no subscriptions.
- How do I sign in?
- AVTDB uses a one-time code sent to your email or phone — no password to remember. Enter your email or number on the sign-in page and we will text or email you a code.
- What are AI credits?
- Prepaid, non-expiring units that pay for AI features. Credits are only consumed after an AI action succeeds, so a failed request never costs you. See the Pricing and Refund Policy pages for details.
- Can I use AVTDB on my phone?
- Yes. AVTDB is built mobile-first for the field — you can run your whole business from your phone, and add it to your home screen like an app.
- How do I get a refund or delete my account?
- Unused credit purchases can be refunded within 14 days — see the Refund Policy. To export or delete your data, contact us and we will help.
