What's actually free?
The entire app — jobs, shifts, invoices, expenses, mileage, documents, contacts, your public profile, and collecting invoice payments online. You also get 2 GB of document storage and a free batch of starter credits to try the AI. Manual data entry is always free.
What do credits pay for?
Anything that runs AI: chatting with Avie, OCR + AI search on your documents, scanning receipts, auto-filling document details, and generating profile images. Each action is charged at its real provider cost, so a small task costs a few credits and a big one costs more.
What's the monthly credit plan?
An optional, cheaper way to buy credits. You get a set batch of credits each month at a lower per-credit price than one-time packs. The app and all your data stay free either way — the plan only changes how you buy AI credits.
Do I have to subscribe?
Never. The app is free forever and you can buy credits one pack at a time whenever you want. The monthly plan is just a discount for people who use the AI regularly — and you can cancel it anytime.
Do credits expire?
No. One-time credits never expire. Monthly-plan credits roll over too, up to three months' worth, so a quiet month is never wasted.
What happens if I run out of credits?
The AI features pause until you top up — and the rest of the app keeps working exactly as before. Manual entry, invoicing, calendar, payments: all still free. You're never locked out of your own data.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Signup is email + phone OTP only — no card, no trial countdown. You only add a card when you decide to buy credits.
What about storage?
Your first 2 GB is free. If you need more, you buy permanent capacity with credits — a one-time spend that raises your cap forever, with no recurring fee.
